RGD-Prime Pack gate drivers are specifically designed for PrimePack™ modules from Infineon™ (Route 66 Controls has no affiliation with any switch manufacturer). These gate drivers offer a powerful 6W supply per switch and a ±10A drive capability. Drives offer the standard 20-pin connection with an added capability of carrying the current sensor signal in a differential form as well as differential signaling for the gate signals. Custom-tuned supplies with different input and gate voltage, gate resistor, Desat settings can be ordered with the same pricing. Please contact us for a custom part prior to placing the order.
