Create Your Own Technology Through Us

In addition to our standard products, we offer a variety of engineering design and manufacturing services

What does your agency do?

aWe design and manufacture custom power converters and controllers for a variety of industrial power conversion, transportation electrification, motor drives, and chargers.  This includes motor drives, battery chargers, grid-tied converters, EV drives, controllers, UPS systems, frequency converters, dc-dc converters, multi-level inverters, and high current industrial sources.

How much do your services cost?

aPlease contact us for pricing.  Our prices are usually far lower than our competitors due to our smaller company structure and reduced marketing.  We charge an NRE fee for engineering services, a licensing fee if the client prefers to buy the license and all of the source files, and a prototyping fee for each individual prototype.  We offer low volume manufacturing as well.

How long does it take to make a design?

aWe usually deliver our projects between 3 to 6 months depending on the type of the contract.  For instance, we deliver a custom-designed EV drive including electrical and mechanical design and development, modeling, CNC, PCB/PCBA, coding, and testing in 4 to 5 months.

What does the design process look like?

aWe work with the client to develop the contract and all of their requirements.  We start the preliminary design and confirm any missing detail with the client.  We add as many engineers as needed for the project and start the design process.  We often have bi-weekly meetings with our clients and share the design details and steps.  We order the CNC parts, PCBs, and supplies and then perform the PCB assembly, mechanical assembly, heatsink development, wiring, paneling, minor milling tasks, welding, ... in-house and we start the testing process under supervision of the client.  Lastly, if rights have been purchased, all the design files will be transferred to the client and training of their engineers for technology transfer will be started.

Where are your offices?

aOur main office is in Cuba, Missouri.  We can offer 100% US-based manufacturing if needed.  We have a few more technical shop facilities in Missouri a few Miles from our headquarters.

Where can I see your work?

aMajority of our clients have NDA with us and we cannot share their work.  However, some clients allow us to share their work through their own websites.  Please contact us for some sample projects we have done for our clients.  Additionally, all of the items for sale on our own website are made by us.

Do you ship to my country?

aCurrently we only ship to, and work with U.S.-based companies/clients.  However, if you are outside of the U.S. you can contact us for a design project or to purchase any of our products.  We just need to verify the end user and ensure that we are not shipping to a restricted country.

Please contact us for any questions of any additional details you might have.
