Pushan 250

Puschan-250 is a general-purpose SiC-based motor drive for automotive, aerospace, and marine applications.  This liquid cooled motor drive comes in three phase and five phase models.  At 800Vdc, this drive provides 50kW/phase with a high-power density of 50 kW/L.  Drives come tuned for your specific motor type.  Custom algorithms can be programmed per request.  Five phase models offer reliable operation with up to two-phase-loss conditions.  Silicon Carbide technology offers higher efficiency and higher switching frequencies compared to traditional solutions.
