We utilize finite element modeling and analysis to optimize the design of our magnetics for maximized power per kg, torque per kg, minimized acoustic noise and vibration, optimized flux profile, optimized utilization of magnetics, maximized efficiency, and reduced manufacturing costs. We design both air and liquid cooled magnetics including harsh environment and sealed inductors, explosion proof inductors, sealed motors, … We also offer optimal design of inductors including leakage inductance minimization, leakage series capacitance minimization, high frequency optimization, EMI robustness, and optimal winding topology. We offer training and technology transfer to enable our clients achieve a successful commercialization on their new magnetics technologies.
