Mechanical Design

We offer plastic, sheet metal, and Aluminum machining for low volume prototyping which includes CNC machining, plasma cutting, sheet metal work and bending, laminated dc bus, insulator film CNC (such as kapton™), assembly, sealing, and larger CNC milling and laser cutting through our local partners.  We have had years of experience in design and prototyping industrial, automotive, and aerospace enclosures for our converters and motor drives.  We offer up to IP68 sealed enclosures, air and liquid-cooled systems, thermal analysis of enclosure, environmental testing and thermal cycling, and vibration testing.  We utilize CAD software such as Solid Works™, Fusion 360™, and FreeCAD™ based on our client needs.
